By purchasing or using a Delizioso Skincare product, through our website, email, phone, wholesale order form or otherwise, you agree to abide by the following policies:
If you are unhappy with our products or have a problem with your shipment, we will do our best to make it right!
Broken items: We will replace any items that arrive broken or damaged to the point of being un-usable with image proof provided within 3 days of the receipt of the package.
Retail orders (online): If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased, you may return the unopened product/s to us for either an exchange or a refund with a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of placing your order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If no shipping costs were charged for the order (ie. your received free shipping), the shipping charges Delizioso paid to ship the original order parcel will be minused out of the refund. Sample items that are purchased cannot be returned.
Wholesale/stockist orders: If you are unhappy the products you have purchased, you may return the unopened product/s to us within 30 days of placing your order for either:
-an exchange (shipping charges will not be refunded and additional shipping costs may apply)
-a refund with a 25% product cost restocking fee (shipping charges cannot be refunded). If no shipping costs were charged for the order (ie. your received free shipping), the shipping charges Delizioso paid to ship the original order parcel will be minused out of the refund.
Wholesale (Retailer) Policies:
To qualify as a Delizioso Skincare retailer:
- Retailer must have a retail storefront, spa, boutique, or online store retailing products to consumers or must use products on clients.
- Retailer must have a valid business # and/or tax ID #.
- If listing online, retailer must keep product name and description the same as listed by Delizioso Skincare, unless agreed upon.
- Retailer should sell products at listed MSRP.
- When creating marketing information for Delizioso Skincare products and/or Delizioso Skincare as a brand, retailer must only use information, statements and/or claims provided by Delizioso Skincare unless approved by the Delizioso Skincare team.
- Opening order minimum is $500 before applicable shipping/handling and/or tax.
- Opening order must have products ordered by the quantity of 2 or more units excluding testers.
- Re-order minimum is $150 prior to applicable shipping/handling and/or tax.
- Retailer must buy for a minimum of $2500 anually.
- When ordering products by the quantity of 3 or more units, a tester may be purchased. Testers are labelled as 'Tester (Not for re-sale)' and are only available to retailers with a retail storefront, spa, boutique and/or retailers who use products on clients. The maximum amount of testers per product type per order is 1 (one). If you have more than one storefront and require additional testers, please contact us.
- When ordering products by the quantity of 1 unit, cost is 40% off MSRP.
- When ordering products by the quantity of 2 units, cost is 45% off MSRP.
- When ordering products by the quantity of 3 or more units, cost is 50% off MSRP.
- Testers are 60% off MSRP.
- We do not cover shipping costs. We will give you a shipping quote depending on your preferred shipping method and provider.
- Payment for wholesale orders must be received upfront.
As a Delizioso Skincare retailer, you will receive:
- Constant support from our team.
- Free promotion through our social media channels, as well as a feature our website.
- An educational Delizioso Skincare University training package with product and ingredient information for both you and your partners/staff.
*By placing a wholesale order with Delizioso Skincare and / or filling up our wholesale price list you agree to the policies listed above and on www.deliziososkincare.com. Policies are subject to change at any given time without prior notice. Refusal to follow our policies can result in wholesale account termination.
