Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Our affiliate program is exclusively available to influencers and content creators who post product images and/or reviews to introduce new customers to our website. To qualify, affiliates must have an active online presence and a demonstrated ability to promote products authentically. Eligible influencers must have a valid skincare blog, YouTube channel, TikTok account, Instagram page, or Facebook page.

2. Referral Policy Affiliates will only be rewarded for driving first-time visitors to our website who complete a purchase during their initial session. A valid referral is defined as:

• The customer’s first visit to our website is initiated through the affiliate’s unique tracking link.
• The customer completes their purchase during the same session initiated by the affiliate link.

3. Non-Qualifying Referrals The following scenarios will not be eligible for affiliate payouts:

• If the customer has previously visited our website and subsequently accesses it via the affiliate’s tracking link.
• If the customer’s purchase is not completed during the same session initiated by the affiliate link.
• If the customer is an existing customer who has purchased from us prior to using the affiliate link.
• If the affiliate publishes or lists our publicly available coupons online and attempts to claim affiliate income from transactions using those coupons.

4. Payouts and Commission Structure

• Commissions will only be paid on valid referrals as defined above.
• Purchases driven by affiliates will be reviewed by Delizioso Skincare, and payouts will be issued at our sole discretion.
• The commission structure will be outlined in the affiliate’s onboarding materials or contract.

5. Program Termination We reserve the right to discontinue the affiliate program at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, no further commissions will be paid for referrals.

6. Misuse and Policy Violations Affiliates found to be misrepresenting our brand, exploiting loopholes, or violating the terms of this agreement will be removed from the program and forfeit any pending payouts.

7. Amendments These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are required to comply with the updated terms to remain in the program.
